Sous Chef Pastry
Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
- Assists Executive Sous Chef in conducting formal and
on the job training sessions for kitchen and stewarding employees.
- Assist Executive Sous Chef in the completion of
market list in accordance with quantity and quality standards.
- Check perishable food items received for quantity and
quality standards.
- Inform in daily bases Executive Sous Chef of all
relevant information, which does not requireExecutive Sous Chef action.
- Beginning daily duties with communication with
Executive Sous Chef.
- Fills out log book with the day activities at the end
of each shift.
- To perform any other related duties or special
projects as requested by management.
- Fully conversant with company policy relation to
Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Will Follow safety process and procedure to prevent
personal and injury to others.
- To conduct fire alarm procedures as per company
standard, when needed.
Requirements:
- PHYSICAL MAKEUP
- Physical fit
- In good health
- Not a carrier of harmful food bourn bacteria and
virus (e.g. salmonella, Hep. A etc)
- Able to lift 12 kg
- Able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
- Able to use stairs
- Able to tolerate extreme hot and cold environments
- Able to complete repetitive tasks
