Guest Relation Officer
Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

·         Monitor completeness of guests registration card

·         Coordinate with Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor about completeness of room preparation for VIP arrival Handling group arrival

·         Monitor accurate records and informs other department of arrivals, room changes, check-outs and special arrangement for VIP guests.

·         Keep up date the current arrivals list and familiar with it on daily basis list of VIP, Returning, Alila Link and Suite’s guest. Monitor & assist with preparation of FO Regular Reports

·         Monitor and maintain GRO Logbook and Courtesy Call Book

·         Monitors guest service through personnel recognition and guests prompt cordial attention

·         Handle guests complaints, requests and enquiries

·         Fully conversant with the hotels facilities and services

·         Provide security and privacy of guests

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): vhp, English Communication.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
